SalaryAMWINS CONNECT is seeking an experienced Copywriter with exceptional communication skills who can carry a job from initial concept through final sign-off. Our Copywriter must possess mad creative skills with the ability to switch brand voice and tone quickly as well as tailor one message to address a variety of audiences while working in an extremely fast-paced environment. This role requires razor sharp focus and stellar organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to multi-task without losing balance or missing a deadline.
Role and Responsibilities
- Write creative copy and lead on assigned projects
- Develop and manage content across all social media, micro and main websites (CMS)
- Develop and manage copy for all internal and external e-blasts and notifications
- Learn and grow knowledge base of the brand’s industry, business, products, and services
- Contribute to the conceptual process with Designer counterparts
- Effective client-facing communication when necessary
- Skilled at working with Art Directors to suggest/guide representation of copy/data
- Exceptional creative/conceptual abilities
- Effectively work and communicate with all team members and clients
- Ability to edit and proofread project materials
- Project manage to move content through the review process and meet deadlines
- Contribute strategically and tactically in delivering marketing objectives
- Press Releases and speaking engagements copy
- Scripts for videos
Qualifications and Competencies
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems
- Familiarity with the differences between B2BV andB2C strategies
- SEO and digital marketing experience
- Excellent verbal communication
- Journalism Experience
- Exceptional grammar
- Experience in the Heath Care Insurance industry a huge plus!
- Must be able to provide writing samples
- Ability us use language to communicate complex ideas in an understandable way
- A love for asking questions to take something ambiguous and create definition
- An ability to be communicative, flexible and precise under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
- Ability to create copy on the fly while still managing other projects
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure, to write under pressure for that matter as well
- A self-starter that stays motivated and driven to create impactful messaging that stands out from our competition
- Strong collaboration skills with enthusiasm, positive attitude and dedication are required
Experience
- 2-4 years of copywriting experience in the Health Care industry required.
- Experience collaborating with different teams to get the job done
- Outstanding execution, resourcefulness, and creativity
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record for driving multiple projects simultaneously, on-time and successfully
- Experience with content management systems and creating publishing campaigns
Pursuant to California regulation, the salary range for this position is $65,000 to $90,000, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
