Branch Manager

Job Description:

Colleague is currently looking for a Landscape Branch Manager in the Dallas, TX Area. The Branch Manager be working for a Landscape company. This would be a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the landscaping industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

· Ensuring the branch is preforming according to plan.

· Manages P&L, budget, plans and oversee performance.

· Cultivates strong internal and external culture and customer service.

· Provides leadership support.

· Ensures branch is engaged, safe, and compliant.

· Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the branch and increase profitability

· Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and industry standards

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 7 years of experience in the landscaping industry, with a proven track record of success

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks

· Experience with budgeting and financial management

· Knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and materials

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record

· Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a Branch with P&L responsibility

· Extensive track record of success in sales with strong customer experience

· Proven track record of growing team and building rapport.

Education :

· Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture or related study a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
