- Establish and enforce best-in-class operational process
- Lead execution of growth strategies and key initiatives
- Overseeing daily business operation
- Facility management
- Inventory management – receiving, storing, cycle counts and delivering materials. Develop or implement plans for storage of products and materials, monitor inventory levels
- Fleet/Equipment management
- Safety protocols
- Manage the work environment:
- Human Resource support
- Hiring team members
- Evaluating performance and productivity
- Training team members
- Analyzing accounting and financial data. Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Generate and contribute to performance reports
- Other responsibilities as needed and assigned
