Job Summary:*

The Maintenance Division Assistant Branch Manager will serve as a client liaison to the company through outstanding service, ensuring that clients' needs are met, and the relationship will continue, creating high customer retention, while helping the branch achieve its revenue goals. The candidate in this role must also be able to manage job sites, personnel/crews, and equipment.

Essential Functions:*

• Develop long-term relationships and communicate on a regular basis with key clients
• Inspect key client properties to monitor performance and overall job quality
• Ensure MNLSA existing accounts are renewed each year
• Coordinate and manage client service teams
• Assists the Branch Manager to develop annual budgets
• Work with Branch Manager to accurately track branch performance
• Ensure billing is completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure all contracts are executed correctly
• Ensure proper use and care of all branch assets
• Identify staffing needs
• Monitor branch safety record and implement methods to improve safe workplace practices
• Monitor and guide Account Managers as they train Foremen and Laborers
• Understand and accurately estimate jobs
• Ensure proper paperwork is completed for all employee changes.
• Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and develop growth plan(s) for employees
• Achieves grounds management operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews

Experience Required:

3+ years of experience in the landscaping, hardscaping, horticulture, or irrigation industry

• 2+ years of experience in management
