Bookkeeping: A/R A/P Clerk

Our company is currently seeking ​a full-time Bookkeeper to join our team! We are a heavy duty truck parts distributor, conveniently located just off Highway 985 in Gainesville, GA. We have a great crew, and are currently looking to add one more team member: You!

You will be responsible for preparing and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable. There will be additional bookkeeping duties, as well as some data entry. Great organizational skills are a must! This is a daily position, with 40 hours per week. The daily start time is flexible. Bookkeeping experience is necessary, as well as a resume.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable
• Process accounts receivable
• Prepare the daily deposit
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Strong organizational skills
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
