Night Auditor And Front Desk Clerk

We are accepting applications for Front Desk/Night Audit position. The opening is full time the hours are 11pm - 7am and 3pm - 11pm. We are open 24/7 and weekend and holidays are required. We would prefer our candidates to have customer service experience and property management system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient arrival process
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Handle guest requests and assist with reservations, room assignments, and check-outs
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and transactions
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area

Skills:
- Previous experience in hotel management or Front Desk operations is preferred
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and ability to perform night audit duties
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse range of guests
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems, including PMS software.
