Full Job Description

Gallipoli Wealth Management is a CPA and Financial Planning firm located in downtown Toms River. Conveniently located 1 mile from the Garden State Parkway and overlooking the Toms River. We provide professional tax preparation, tax planning, monthly and quarterly write-up, sales and payroll tax preparation and investment planning services.

 We are seeking a bookkeeper/Jr. Accountant to support our firm who:

• Has 2-4 years of experience as a full-charge Bookkeeper in either a CPA firm or other multi-client firm.
• Has strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word

·       Proficient at using Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online

·       Prepare Sales Tax Returns

·       Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness

·       Ability to input data into Ultratax  tax software a plus

·       Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports for company and quarterly accounting clients.
 

·       Expected salary range - $25-$35 per hour and benefits are to be discussed based on individual qualities and experience.
