Job Description
Full Time Take Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager. Located in Randolph NJ for Lumber and Building Supply Company. Experience in the building industry a plus! This is a dynamic position that is hands on, which requires excellent time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a group setting.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years' experience in the following areas:
Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
General Ledger Reconciliation
Month End/Year End Closing
Payroll/Human Resources
General Office Duties (answer phones, scanning, filing, etc.)
Assisting both inside and outside sales staff as needed
