Bookkeeper/Accountant

HONGYUAN TRUCKING INC is a fast-paced, friendly company which has been established for almost 10 years in logistics industry. We are looking for an experienced, detail oriented, motivated, self-starter to handle general accounting, bookkeeping and accounts payable and receivable.

Key Responsibilities

Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Validate, post and process vendor invoices
• Reconcile receipts to ensure billed out and paid
• Examine and monitor expenses for accuracy and appropriateness
• Reconcile bank account
• Verify deposits
• Producing and Sending weekly accounts receivable statements to agents
• Process payments to ensure timely and correct payments to all vendors
• Proactively work with internal departments and external vendors to solve issues

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is highly desirable.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Quickbook
• Honest and reliable
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
