Bookkeeper/Accountant

Americas Hospitality Group is a dynamic, full-service high-rise concierge, valet, and housekeeping company committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities:

As a Bookkeeper at Americas Hospitality Group, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Manage end-to-end bookkeeping processes to uphold accurate
financial records.

Oversee all aspects of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Billing

Payroll Processing

Monthly Reconciliation:

General Ledger Maintenance

Monthly Financial Reports/Analysis

General Office Duties

Filing and Compliance

Tax Preparation: Assist in tax preparation activities, contributing to accurate and timely filings.

Assist in All Areas of Operation

Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- College graduate with a BA or BS degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, with an academic background in finance, accounting, or business management.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in QuickBooks Pro (both Online and Desktop).
- Professional presentation and conduct in all interactions.
- Must be responsible and self-managed, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent follow-up and tracking skills.
