We are seeking a Cashier Bookkeeper for our Coppell, TX HQ to process various AAA payments.
Responsibilities:
- The position will operate a cash drawer, process credit card charges, refunds, disputes, ACH and ACH returns.
- Balance bank account details for daily bank deposits.
- Prepare bank deposits and monthly remittance summary reports.
- Prepare daily and monthly payment reports for General Ledger booking.
- Process adjustments, returns, disputes on various systems, including HUON, GuideWire, Policy Star and BonitaSoft.
- Reconcile bank accounts and make appropriate adjustments and corrections.
- Perform duties of a bookkeeper and cashier on a monthly rotation basis.
- Heavy use of a 10-key calculator, Enterprise Integrated Cashiering system (EICS) and personal computer.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.
- Applicant needs to be 10-key proficient.
- Good communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook are required.
- Prior experience with CICS, PSAR, TSO, and Work Center is a plus.
