Full-Time Bookkeeper
We are a growing firm looking to expand our team. Our firm specializes in working with businesses and entrepreneurs. Our growth has led us to seek more Accounting Services-Bookkeepers.
We started in our firm in 2020, before the pandemic hit the world. We have been a virtual firm since our beginning and know how to work virtually.
We need bookkeepers who have the following experience:
-Must have United States accounting knowledge (US GAAP)
- At least 4 years' experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting applications
- Must be proficient in general ledger accounting, invoicing, payables, and fixed assets
- Must be proficient in generating and customizing reports in QuickBooks or similar applications
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Creating new entities in QuickBooks or similar applications is preferred
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum of associates degree is required
- Must have experience working with multiple clients
- Must have internet access
- Must be able to use video conference applications
- Must have prior experience working on multiple clients doing bookkeeping
Job responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Working at different client sites
- Working in an efficient manner to meet client deadlines
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects
- Providing clients with financials in a timely manner
- Work on different financial applications as requested by clients
- Working with team members to assist on client projects
- Researching accounting matters
