Great opportunity for a responsible, energetic, experienced bookkeeper. Must be QuickBooks Desktop Pro and QuickBooks Assisted Payroll proficient. Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, organized, reliable, quick-learner, trustworthy and discrete. Will require HIPAA certification.
As part of this bookkeeper position, you would be required to manage office activities and perform bookkeeping functions for multiple companies in QuickBooks Pro.
Office activities would include manageing vendors, helping onboard new employees and facilitating meetings and events. Bookkeeping would include invoicing clients, deposit payments, make payments to vendors, ensure deliveries and complete assisted payroll. Reconciling all accounts, P&L and expense tracking and year end reports to CPA. You would also need to perform general office administrative duties like helping employees with basic HR questions.
This will be a part time position that will require you to be in the office during office hours, but very flexible.

Position requirements: Accounting degree or Business degree or partial college with 3 years bookkeeping experience. A minimumexperience of 3 years using QuickBooks Pro to do AR/AP/Assisted Payroll is a pre-requisite for this position. At least one year experience with QuickBooks Assisted Payroll. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
