Bookkeeper

Full Charge Bookkeeper

Applicant:

• Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports for multiple companies, such as A/P, A/R, payroll, end-of-year tax prep, sales tax and Payroll tax reports, bank reconciliations, and cash management.
• Responsible for analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
• Reports organization’s finances to management, and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
• Requires 5+ years in full charge Bookkeeping.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Salary is based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
