Bookkeeper

Applicant needs to be a self starter.  The position will begin part time but go into full time.  Applicant needs accounting background.  Applicant will be responsible for Accounts Receivable (sending out statements, recording payments received, making deposits); Accounts Payable (recording all invoices in QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus 2023, paying all invoices as they become due, file Kentucky State Sales Tax), reconcile bank accounts monthly, submit payroll to PayFWDS weekly (PayFWDS files all payroll taxes), and send yearly financial information to an independent accounting firm which files yearly tax returns.  Current bookkeeper will work with applicant for a period of time.
