Job Description
We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to maintain our financial records including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records.
- Check the accuracy of business transactions.
- Perform data entry and administrative duties.
- Maintain and file requisite documents for taxation compliance.
- Monitor cash flow and produce financial reports.
- Run payroll, generate purchase orders, and audit invoices.
- Backup customer service duties.
- Light typing and filing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Data Entry Skills
- Honest
- Maintain confidentiality
