Bookkeeper

The Vault Group is a healthcare and business consulting firm looking for an entry-level Accountant. If you do not have your CPA, we will also consider someone with experience working as a bookkeeper/accountant. We are seeking an energetic, self-starter with QuickBooks proficiency, knowledgeable in payroll processing (W2 & contract), accounting, P&L, general ledgers, account payables, and budgeting for multiple accounts. Must be organized, communicate well verbally and written. Strong customer service skills and ability to problem solve. Works well both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in fast-paced environment. Must demonstrate ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects/accounts. PT Up to 30 hrs/week.

Office Hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Close from 12PM to 1PM for lunch
Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
