The Bookkeeper will be responsible for general ledger entries and other tasks associated with financial statement preparation for Carolina Therapy Services, Inc. and Trinity Rehab, LLC. The Bookkeeper reports to the President and VP of Finance and works integrally with CTS and TR employees to ensure compliance with all practices and standards. The Bookkeeper may also work with CTS and TR vendors to complete tasks.
Responsible for monthly general ledger journal entries needed for financial statement preparation due by the 15th of each month.
Responsible for recording daily banking activity.
Responsible for monthly bank reconciliations.
Responsible for monthly fixed asset reconciliation.
Responsible for managing annual equipment calibrations and maintenance.
Responsible for assisting with preparation and filing of W-2’s and 1099’s.
Cross training in other financial duties with VP of Finance as needed
