```Duties```
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to journal entries, account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
- Utilize accounting software such as Quicken, QuickBooks, and Xero to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide support for payroll processing and tax filings.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end tax documents.
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quicken, QuickBooks, and Xero.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial planning.
- Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies or errors in financial records.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
