Bookkeeper

Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company - Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations Experience: - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficient in using accounting software, such as Sage or QuickBooks - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports - Solid understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger accounting - Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively If you have the required skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
