- Has experience selling wine - no special certification required

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing continued education for the staff
- Directing service & mastering the reservation system
- Coordinating menu changes with the kitchen
- Managing the PT support staff
- Selling wine during service and helping to complete monthly inventories
The schedule is five days a week and typically 44-48 hours per week. You will close the restaurant 2-3 nights per week. We are looking for someone with full availability. The restaurant is open seven nights a week for dinner.
