Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the office operations
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform accrual accounting tasks
- Interpret financial reports and analyze cash flow to identify trends and make recommendations
- Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Forecast financial performance and assist in budget preparation
- Handle day-to-day financial accounting tasks, such as accounts payable and receivable
- Collaborate with corporate accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Experience:
- Proven experience in financial accounting and office management roles
- Strong knowledge of accrual accounting principles and practices
- Ability to interpret financial reports and perform cash flow analysis
- Experience in conducting financial audits and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Proficient in payroll processing and maintaining employee records
- Familiarity with forecasting techniques and budget preparation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
