Bookkeeper

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, all accounts payable and accounts receivable, performing general ledger accounting, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and possess excellent organizational and analytical skills.

```Responsibilities```
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits
- Utilize accounting software to record financial transactions and generate reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of public accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting
- Familiarity with financial concepts, such as debits, credits, and accruals
- Excellent 10-key typing skills for data entry accuracy
- Ability to generate accurate financial reports using QuickBooks or similar software

- Ability to articulate financial position effectively with management team.
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to identify errors or discrepancies in financial records
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
