Bookkeeper

931 Ventures, LLC seeks Bilingual part-time QB Online/Desktop bookkeeper with at least 1-2 years of prior experience.

Position Overview: As a Bookkeeper at 931 Ventures, LLC, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients' financial records. Working closely with our accounting team, you will ensure that all business transactions are recorded in QuickBooks Online and Desktop with precision and in compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, bank accounts, and credit card accounts.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
• Maintain historical records by filing documents electronically.
• Ensure legal compliance by following up on financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably with a focus on QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
