Bookkeeper

```Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong background in general ledger accounting,, and is proficient in accounting software QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

-Building Contracts
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and procedures
- Assist with payroll processing as needed

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks
- Familiarity with financial report writing and analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
