This is a business is great cheaper alternative to bigger tax firms and services that are offered. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you'd be responsible for the accounting process for the company. Essential Duties and Activities:
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, collecting and processing payroll
- Invoicing customers and clients, entering invoices into the correct system accounts
- Processing employees pay, including taxes and compensation, and reporting to the government
- Preparing monthly and quarterly taxes, to then be submitted to a CPA for review, advice, and processing
- Maintaining accuracy of the general ledger
- Preparing bank statements
Qualifications:
- Three plus years of bookkeeping experience
- Relevant work experience in accounting or auditing
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must have driver's license and clean driving record
