We are seeking a Bookkeeper with not only QuickBooks experience but also experience with multiple entities that roll up to a holdings company. This position will continue to grow as our holdings company grows. We're looking for resourceful individuals who are passionate, detail oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Clean background check.
• Has a computer with an internet connection and home office space.
• Has a bachelor's degree in accounting and/or has worked under a CFO for at least the last 5 years or has commensurate experience.
• Has 5 years QuickBooks™ experience
• Has advanced, multi-industry experience with QuickBooks Online and Desktop accounting software and can pass a skills test to prove it.
• Works well with team members - we encourage an environment of support and collaboration while expecting you will be personally responsible for successfully meeting all of your service deadlines.
• Has a strong sense of personal responsibility - never miss a chance to get the work done right and on time - we want to be able to count on you.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work with a team
• Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
• Providing data to managers, investors, and other entities.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and forecasts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
