We're currently installing our locker product at high-traffic and even famous California locations. We are pending launch to the public, ready to scale and change the world! Responsibilities:

• Oversee New Hires: Direct and guide a team of 15+ new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and facilitating their integration into the company's culture and vision.
• Product Launch Strategy: Lead the execution of our product launch to the public, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful market entry.
• Strategic Decision-Making: Contribute to high-level decision-making processes, providing insights and strategies to drive the company's growth and success.

We maintain standardized pay ranges for U.S.-based roles, benchmarked against similar-sized companies in similar growth stages. These ranges provide candidates with transparency, though final salary offers may vary based on factors like geographic location and candidate expertise.
