As a BCBA at D & M Behavioral Solutions, you will play a vital role in leading our team and providing exceptional behavior analysis services. Your expertise and guidance will drive the development and implementation of evidence-based interventions, promoting positive behavior changes and enhancing the overall well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs, strengths, and areas for intervention.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans, utilizing behavior analytic principles and strategies.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapy staff.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress, evaluate treatment efficacy, and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including families and other professionals, to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis, and implement evidence-based approaches.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a clinical or community-based setting.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, techniques, and assessments.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis, utilizing technology-based systems.
- Commitment to ethical standards, professional integrity, and client confidentiality.

Pay: $70.00 - $76.00 per hour
