- Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy and/or experience working for a healthcare organization in pharmacy affairs, compliance or regulatory operations.
- 3+ years’ experience in healthcare compliance, pharmacy affairs or regulatory operations.
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and laws
- Knowledge of HIPAA Laws & Regulations
- Available to travel up to 10% (Domestic)
This person will be expected to consistently raise the high bar of compliance and operational excellence as we rapidly grow, scale, and innovate to make Amazon Pharmacy the most customer-centric pharmacy on Earth.
Key job responsibilities
1. The Sr Manager will be responsible for developing actionable compliance requirements. They will actively participate in system design workshops to ensure compliance is at the forefront.
2. They will assess the impact of existing systems while providing guidance for necessary adaptations or enhancements.
3. Design, develop, implement and manage an innovative RCM program. Amazon pharmacy will rely on this individual to stay informed on relevant federal, state and local laws and regulations, understand how they apply to the Amazon Pharmacy business and hold teams accountable for implementing changes accordingly.
4. Track the implementation process to ensure timely completion of projects and perform reviews to ensure projects meet the applicable legal and/or regulatory requirements. Present reports to internal leadership on Regulatory Changes and Amazon Pharmacy’s response. Attend meetings with regulatory agencies as needed.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $96,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
