Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on assessment results
- Provide ongoing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate progress of individuals receiving behavioral therapy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as psychology, special education, or applied behavior analysis
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques
- Strong assessment and diagnostic evaluation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
