Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention programs
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment progress and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in the field of applied behavior analysis
- Provide direct patient care as needed
Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience in providing behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs
- Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
