RESPONSIBILITIES | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
\n\nProvide direct/indirect behavioral services to students and/or teachers and classroom support personnel in either individual or group settings\nProvide supervision to assigned RBTs, BTs and other classroom leaders and/or support personnel to support identified goals\nProvide oversight for one or multiple student's ABA programs in the classroom including oversight for paraprofessionals who are working with the student(s) directly.\nIndividually assess students to identify learning and program needs\nDevelop initial programming and ongoing modification to programs as needed\nProvide direct intervention, instruction and supervision to classroom support personnel\nMonitor program and progress and provide daily progress reporting and data analysis\nProvide daily progress notes for school and families\nCreate functional behavior assessments and related behavior intervention plans and create social skills and/or skill based assessments as needed\nProvide consultation to teachers and other behavior support or classroom support personnel\nAssist with development of behavior strategies, IEP goals focusing on behavior reduction and replacement behaviors and data collection tools and methodology\nProvide instruction for Response to Intervention (RTI)\nProvide Behavioral Skills Training (BST) for classroom staff on identified interventions\n\n

QUALIFICATIONS | WHAT YOU BRING
\n\nMaster's degree in psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or other related fields of study.\nBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)\n2 Years' experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs\n\n
