JOB TITLE:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
JOB SUMMARY: Full time/Part time
Our Behavior Analysts are the heart of our company, and provide life changing ABA therapy for children diagnosed with ASD. Their role requires assessments, consultations, and supervision services for our clients and their families, as well as support and supervision for your clinical team members.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform comprehensive in person client initial assessments
Plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
Manage and assume responsibility for all treatment plans, progress, and daily reporting data regarding client
Provide training and supervision of Behavior Technicians
Provide parental training and support
Collaborate with team members, related service providers, families, and other ages as appropriate
Ensure health and safety standards are met across treatment settings
Providing oversight to ensure all behavior technicians and RBTs are performing consistently with the same standard of care and operational excellence to all clients
Prepare annual reports with the progress of treatment plan effectiveness
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Ability to manage a team fairly, effectively, and in accordance with policies, guidelines, and mission
Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members
Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws
Commitment to ongoing training and development as it relates to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, and technology, and training in order to perform job responsibilities to the required standard
Knowledge and experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, FBA
Experienced in Practice Management Software( Central Reach)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BCBA Certification
Master’s or Doctorate degree in education, psychology, or behavior analysis
Compensation and Benefits:
Full Time/Part Time
Competitive Salary based on education and experience - $100,000 + sign on bonus
$95 an hour for part time
