SalaryI am a Behavior Analyst and opened a clinic in Williamsburg, VA. It is located in a beautiful office park off of Jamestown Road. Currently, we serve 4 children. I am a provider and I have 2 wonderful RBTs. Your caseload would be small (1-2 at the most).
- Provide direct supervision within sessions to highly qualified and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians
- Conduct assessments: Most importantly, the ESDM- Early Start Denver Model.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Interviews with parents
- Professional Development Trainings
- Write Behavior Intervention Plans as needed
- Write Initial treatment plans and Re-assessment treatment plans every 6 months
- Collaborate with other professionals including BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
