Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The BCBA will be responsible for designing and overseeing behavior analysis treatment programs for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The BCBA will also provide parent education and train therapists on implementing the treatment programs. The BCBA will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists and psychologists.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Ability to diagnose and develop treatment plans based on principles of Psychology
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists and psychologists
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Master's degree in Psychology or related field
