Come work with us while helping improve the lives of children with autism! We are currently recruiting two Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for our ABA clinics located in the heart of downtown Kansas City as well as in the northland in Gladstone, MO.

What you will do at Easterseals:

• Oversee and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans for therapy and follows through on treatment plan implementation
• Oversee a small, dedicated team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
• Provide training and support to parents/caregivers
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure coordination of care

Qualifications for this role include:

• Must have current certification as a BCBA with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Must have state license and maintain current licensure
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
