We work with the client and family in diverse settings - homes, school districts, residential homes, mental health facilities - and in partnership with many service providers and members of our client's advocate team. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring proper behavior analytic services are provided to students at Milestones Academy.

Schedule
**This position is staffed the entire calendar year with multiple extended weekends and breaks off**
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Completion of Master's level coursework in applied behavior analysis, special education, or related field
- BCBA certification and MO and KS State License
- At least 5 years of experience working with children with autism (experience running Intensive Teaching programs with a Verbal Behavior focus preferred
Ability to regularly travel by air and automobile, including ability to drive when in the field.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS/Key Accountabilities(Other duties and projects will be assigned, as necessary.)
Clinical Management
- Oversee Program Supervisors by ensuring appropriate data collection and analysis and correct implementation of plans and procedures.
- Coach and support Program Supervisors and Program Implementers
- Assist Program Supervisors in creating procedures for implementing IEP goals
- Conduct Functional and Descriptive Behavior Assessments, Skills Assessments, and Functional Analyses; including the VB-MAPP and Essentials for Living
- Assist in student crisis as a behavioral expert, support Program Supervisors in following through with behavior plans, and collaborate with the team on intervention strategies
- Conduct trainings for a team of Special Education Teachers, Crisis Support, Program Supervisors, SLP/OT/PT, and Implementers
- Provide BACB supervision hours to BCaBA, BCBA, and RBT candidates on staff
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, family meetings, and other stakeholder meetings; support and explain behavioral procedures for behavior reduction, skill acquisition, and behavior development strategies
