Salary```Job Summary``` We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic evaluations and implementing applied behavior analysis techniques to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your expertise in working with children and your knowledge of special education and behavioral therapy will be essential in providing effective patient care. ```Duties``` - Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities - Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles - Provide ongoing behavioral therapy to individuals, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction - Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care - Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior intervention strategies - Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis ```Qualifications``` - Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children - Knowledge of special education laws and regulations - Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques - Proficient in data collection and analysis methods - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
