We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board CertifiedBehavior Analyst or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a BCBA or BCABA, you will play a crucial role in providing diagnostic evaluations and behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will help improve the lives of our patients and their families.
```Duties```
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide ongoing behavioral therapy to individuals, targeting specific goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality
- Stay current with advances in the field of applied behavior analysis through continuing education and professional development

- Strong knowledge and experience in diagnostic evaluation of individuals with developmental disabilities
