Job Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, love working with children, and be devoted to making a positive impact on their lives.
As a BCaBA at Little Champs, you will play a crucial role in assessing and developing behavior intervention programs to support the unique needs of our young clients. Your expertise will contribute to the holistic approach we take in providing top-notch pediatric therapy. Collaboration with our team of therapists and professionals is key to ensuring a comprehensive and coordinated approach to the well-being of each child.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with therapists and other team members to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to therapy.
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers.
- Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, plans, and progress.
· Supervising (may include training) RBT’s
· Record CPT codes in our EMR system
Requirements:
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
- Experience working with children with special needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children.
- CPR Certification
- Liability and Car Insurance
- Level II Background Check Required
- Ability to travel within the community.
