Duties
- Conduct assessments and gather relevant information to assist in treatment planning
- Collect and analyze data related to patient outcomes and treatment effectiveness
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavioral health interventions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, healthcare)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
