SalaryExperience: Two years of directly applicable Customer Service support, clerical or secretarial experience is required.
Additional Skills/Abilities: Ability to communicate in English with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Ability to use effective interpersonal skills when working with a variety of people and situations. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Must be able to effectively utilize a personal computer to perform data entry and correspondence tasks. Working knowledge of English grammar and basic mathematical skills. Ability to handle constant change in priorities.
