Salary**MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS BILLING EXPERIENCE**
This is an excellent career opportunity for a self-motivated, goal-oriented team player. This position requires excellent time management, organization and communication skills. The role of the Billing Specialist position is to drive the billing process from work order completion to invoice submission to our various clients. The position is of critical importance to our customer experience.
Position Responsibilities
- Reviewing completed work-orders to verify labor hours, material costs, and other documentation are as required
- Communicating with service department if additional information is required prior to invoicing
- Enter vendor bills in Quickbooks
- Prepare, verify and process client invoices in Quickbooks and specified work order management system
- Provide written and verbal communication internally and to vendor and clients
Qualifications and Skills
- MS Office and QuickBooks Experience
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of billing procedures
- Experience in billing for a Service Industry is a Plus!
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (7AM-3:30PM)
Work Location: Chandler Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
