SalaryH2M architects + engineers, a multidiscipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm, seeks a Billing Coordinator to support our growing team. Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Project Accounting, this Entry level position is responsible for assisting with project set-up and maintenance, timely and accurate billing and daily financial assistance to designated business groups.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with timely and accurate billing for designated projects
- Provide day-to-day general financial assistance for business groups
- Assist with set up of projects in BST accounting system
- Assist with the review of proposal and contracts to ensure proper billing procedures; provide follow up as needed
- Review of timesheets and expense reports
- Perform other like duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred
- Must have prior accounting/finance, customer service and/or related experience
- Prior experience with BST Enterprise preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Problem analysis, judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Adobe Professional preferred
