About the Billing Administrator Position
Billing Administrator must effectively communicate via phone and email, be detail oriented ensuring assigned tasks are accurately executed in a timely manner.
The Billing Administrator will process service order closures, update customers with completion status with photos, and obtain subcontractor invoices. They will also validate job costs with additional duties and task, to arrive at invoice creation. The Billing Administrator will provide accurate, timely invoicing and billing to the clients, as well as providing professional communication in response to billing related inquires. They will offer problem-resolution to invoicing discrepancies, they will bill for time and materials/special clients, manage processing queues, and confirm that billing amounts match prior to posting batches. They will also provide excellent customer service while producing and confirming accurate billing information.
