This role is for people who want to provide our policyholders the excellent Customer Service they want and need. You’ll be the first contact for our customers: answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations. Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- In office position - must live within commuting distance to 3050 S. M L King Jr Way, Tucson, AZ 85713
- Outstanding Customer Service skills and/or experience
- Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
