JOB TITLE:Customer Service Representative
SUMMARY:
Growing insurance company is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR ensures delivery of excellent Customer Service through fast and accurate processing, communication, and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries. First point of customer contact for general inquiries. Builds and maintains relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide excellent Customer Service to existing policyholders
· Identify producer/customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternative
· Manage large quantities of inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner
· Based on customer situation, provide policy options
· Respond to customer requests for changes to existing policies
· Resolves service-related complaints and complex calls with guidance as needed
· Assist customers with routine calls such as payment processing, ID card requests, etc.
· Ensures current and complete documentation of policy notes
· Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
· Provide accurate endorsement quotes to producers and/or insurers
· Timely completion of assigned task lists assigned by management
· Running appropriate underwriting reports based on the risk
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bilingual (Spanish and English)
· Prior Auto Insurance experience preferred
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Limited Auto Line license preferred, company willing to assist with license
· Computer skills required: Microsoft Office, efficient typist.
· Able to work M-F 8:30AM - 5:30PM PT
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
