BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative – Bilingual for an opportunity in Phoenix, AZ 85007!

Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Phoenix, AZ  85007

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration:  1+ Month Contract with the possibility of extension.

Job Type: FULL TIME Contract

Pay Range: [16.00/hr.] – [16.75/hr.]

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirements:

Must be able to speak Spanish and English fluently. Must type a minimum of 45 wpm. Effective critical thinking and reasoning skills. Knowledgeable in Google Suite. Able to communicate using proper English/Spanish to include proper sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation.

Skills Preferred:

Bilingual - English/Spanish

Experience in a call center with time constraints and high call volumes.

Minimum HS Diploma or Equivalent.       

Job Description:

This position is for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This position will answer and handle general information calls to the AZ Barbering and Cosmetology Board. Call types will include English and Spanish speakers inquiring about licensing, payments, website, compliance, and accounts. This position will also review and enter information into the board's database systems.
