Roles and Responsibilities:
- This position handles general calls for the Arizona Barbering and Cosmetology Board.
- Call types include licensing, payment, compliance issues, and general information.
- This position will be responsible for answering calls promptly and giving accurate and reliable information to callers.
- This position also requires the use of all Google systems and the ability to enter information into the board databases.
Skills Required:
- Must be bilingual (Spanish and English). Proficient in technology with little to no guidance, Google Suite.
- Typing at least 45 words per minute. Critical thinking and reasoning.
- Applying world-class customer care.
- Responding to customer complaints and issues in real time.
- Problem resolution skills.
Work Experience Required:
- Experienced in a call center environment with metrics and a high call repetitive volume.
- Able to simultaneously complete "phone interviews " and enter data at the same time.
- Multi-task proficiently.
- Communicating professionally, using proper English to include, proper sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation.
Education Required:
- High School.
